Cancellation policy

Withdrawal within 7 days from purchase:
If the cancellation request is received within 7 calendar days from payment (and in any case no later than 30 days before the start of the event), the Organizer shall refund 80% of the fee, retaining 20% as administrative and processing costs.
Withdrawal after 7 days but within 30 days before the event:
The Organizer shall refund 50% of the amount paid, retaining the remaining amount as a penalty and to cover administrative costs.
Withdrawal after the above deadline or failure to attend (No-Show):
The Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund. The Organizer shall retain the full amount paid (100%) as a penalty.
