Researcher PHD Student at Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering GmbH
Alexander Steiner is a final year PhD student in the group of Prof. C. Oliver Kappe at the Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering GmbH (RCPE) and the University of Graz in Austria. His research focuses on developing photochemical transformations in continuous flow reactors, toward the scalable production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Alexander studied chemistry at the TU Graz where he received his BSc (2016) and MSc degree (2019). During the master’s degree, Alexander participated in a student exchange program and studied for 6 months at the Universidad Nacional del Sur in Bahía Blanca, Argentina.
